Order and Payment

Postage and Packaging
All our goods are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force Worldwide. Postcards and prints are sent by post (Royal Mail) paintings are sent by Parcel Force. The exact cost is calculated at the time of ordering.
Delivery Times and Methods
Paul Priestley will normally despatch goods (UK and Northern Ireland) within 5 working days of receipt of order. Please allow up to 7 days for overseas deliveries. In the event of a delay the customer will be notified by email.
Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties
This lies with the customer on receipt in all circumstances

Returns Policy
In the case of faulty goods Paul Priestley will replace or refund the goods if returned within 14 days.
Please enclose a covering note with details of your reason for return, and what you would like us to do about it. Please also include your order number and details of your original method of payment.
