All paintings are copyright and are protected under the United Kingdom's Designs and Patent Act 1988 and international copyright laws. No image may be copied or used in any way without the prior permission of Paul Priestley.

Please Note: When you buy an original painting or drawing created by Paul Priestley, you are buying the art work itself and NOT the copyright. You may not reproduce the image in any format. The copyright remains the property of Paul Priestley who may use the image in any way he wishes to.

Returns

Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:
All correspondence regarding the return of Goods shall be carried out between You and Paul Priestley. You must tell Paul Priestley you wish to cancel within 14 days of your receipt of the Goods. Commissioned paintings once accepted cannot be returned.
The Goods must be returned within 21 days of delivery:
• with both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
• securely wrapped;
• including our delivery slip;
• at your risk and cost.
When the Goods are received by Paul Priestley, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;
Paul Priestley is under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
